Course describes the prerequisites and knowledge required for a pipeline worker to successfully and safely install plastic pipe by using a plow to pull in pipe. It addresses the conditions and safety concerns of working around plowing equipment, pipe handling practices, safety equipment, installation tools and equipment, inspection and installation procedures, and the abnormal operating conditions (AOCs) that may occur during the installation.
