Description

An Assessment Proctor is certified by attending the Assessment Proctor Certification Training conducted by an Assessment Administrator under an Accredited Assessment Center. An Assessment Proctor can proctor any assessment. The Assessment Proctor Guide should be purchased before teaching the Assessment Proctor Certification Training. The Assessment Administrator teaching the class should order one Assessment Proctor Guide for each individual who will be completing training. A new guide should be purchased if the original is lost or damaged, or when a new version is released.

Who can order?

Anyone can order an Assessment Proctor Guide. To access and assign the assessment proctor certification tests in NCCER’s Assessment Platform and submit certifications in the Registry, you must be a current, certified Assessment Administrator under an NCCER Accredited Assessment Center. An access link to download the PowerPoint presentation is provided when Assessment Proctor Guides are ordered.

Certification Requirements

An Assessment Proctor is certified by attending the Assessment Proctor Certification Training conducted by an Assessment Administrator under an Accredited Assessment Center and passing the Assessment Proctor Certification test in the Assessment Platform. Assessment Proctor tests will be assigned by the Assessment Administrator. Once training is completed and the test is passed, the Assessment Administrator must submit a Registration of Assessment Certification in the Registry to certify the Assessment Proctor.
