The Mentoring for Craft Professionals curriculum is a key part of NCCER’s workforce development training. The transfer and exchange of knowledge and guidance from those who are more experienced is an important part of craft training and apprenticeship.
 

This online course provides formal guidance to the craft professional entering a mentorship role, including training in communication techniques and conflict resolution and the essential elements of a formal mentoring program. 

The course content is the same as the Mentoring for Craft Professionals – Trainee Guide, but includes additional learning elements, including videos, review quizzes, and downloadable forms and additional learning options to engage the learner and enable them to put their skills to immediate practice.
